Pick Up (Eltopia)

  • Pickup hours are 8am-Noon, these hours are strictly enforced.
  • Full Pallets weigh 2500lbs and are 4’x4’.
  • Please Bring necessary equipment to secure your loads.
  • Customers are responsible for securing loads.
  • We are not responsible for damages during loading.




Delivery 

  • Deliveries are available to most areas in Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, and Northeastern Oregon. Please contact our office to confirm availability and obtain pricing.
  • Delivery address must be accessible by our trucks. We have the right to refuse delivery.
  • Minimum order quantity is 500 SQFT (1 Pallet) 
  • A $20 deposit will be charged on each pallet. We will refund once the pallet is returned. Pallets must be brought back to our office. 
  • Deliveries are first come first serve, we recommend ordering at least a week in advance.
  • Unloading site must be big enough to unload with forklift
  • Each delivery includes 30 minutes of free unloading time. After this period, a fee of $100 per hour will be charged for additional unloading time.
  • Our forklift is 10ft wide, 9 ft tall and weighs 5000lbs, make sure your gates or other openings are big enough
  • We are not responsible for damage done to yards, concrete, underground utilities, overhead utilities, landscaping, structures or any other items during a delivery.
  • Our Delivery window is between 8am to 12am daily. However, these times are not guaranteed. We can you give a better time estimate on the day of delivery.
  • Notice of Delivery:
    • Prepaid Orders: The Company reserves the right to deliver products without prior notice once payment has been received and processed.
    • Collect on Delivery: Delivery personnel will attempt to contact buyers before delivery; however, if there's no response, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the delivery entirely.
